Not know normal PSK31 programm for DOS, but here was no problem to run
MIXW2 on 486DX-4 100Mhz in Win95.
If MIXW not work on your PC just try OLD MIXW1.4x versions or simplest
first PSK31 software - PSK31SBW from G3PLX, its very small and I'm think
it will be run also in Windows 3.11 hi hi...
