Hi to all (regular) senders of informations,

it is a fact that european mailbox software only displays the first 25 chars
of the title line when users are doing a CHECK for new bulletins.

So the very often too long title lines are cut off at position 25 - and the
rest of the title info ist NOT displayed.

It then looks like this:

   # From To Nr Date @ Bytes LT Title

  172 UA9FBV > KEPLER....19 24.10.04 AMSAT 7265 10 Orbital Elements 04297.M
  174 UA9FBV > KEPLER....17 24.10.04 AMSAT 2475 10 Orbital Elements 04297.M
   37 UT5RP > PSK31....111 24.10.04 WW 9815 350 UT5RP PSK31 DX Notes PSKD
   38 UT5RP > PSK31....110 24.10.04 WW 7510 350 UT5RP PSK31 DX Notes PSKD

The result is simple:

- the cut-off infos are not shown - but perhaps important and missed

- in case of BIN or 7PLUS the info regarding the number of the resp. part is
lost, the users don't know if parts are missed or if they download (useless)
  doublettes.

It would we wise to shorten the title line to 25 chars - i.e. to use
abbreviations or to drop unimportant words.
