Yes, Revo is 8mb, Revo Plus is 16 meg.
Considering that the average file size is so small, like 30kb for the paint
program or even the EPOC Compiler is 39kb then you find 16meg goes a
LONG LONG WAY :-)

A look on comp.sys.psion.misc newsgroup reveals someone has got Win 3.0
running on it.

There is a DOS emulator available for it.
I have it installed an run dos programs fine.

Only if they run in dos, and you have the dos emulator :-)
The Revo's come with their own version of EPOC Microsoft Office,
that means spreadsheets databases and word processing, plus email
similar to Oulook Express but better, a basic web browser or you can
get the Opera Web Browser for it which does all the fancy bit for the
web, you can synochonise the Email with Outlook, the Office applications
are compatiable with MS via the backup software and some Revo's come
with the Autoroute style software on a CD. I have it here and works fine
but only if you have the 16 meg version., and it is GPS compatible.
The infrared works fine, and it synchronises with the infra red on my
Nokia perfectly.
It has phone book software, sms and wap browser built in.
There is PocPag, a basic packet terminal, which I use, several telnet
applications and plenty of other useful bits available.
On packet it's possible to display HTML packet bulletins easily too.
Yep, well worth getting a Revo or even better the Revo Plus.
I have also made up a few spreadsheets for radio calculations, which
perhaps I will send out by 7plus soon, plus some other bits that might
be of general interest.
