Hello all HAMs,
Because of buying a Psion 5MX, I've a Psion 3c to sell.
This handheld PC is much smaller, has less weight than a normal laptop and
remains on just 2 simple penlights (AA) batteries for over 20 hours.
You can put this machine in your jacket easily.
Word and Excell is standard in the memory card and I've uploaded a lot of
HAM software for my /P operation. Software like: satellite tracking, QTH
locator computing, Packet Radio (connect a small TNC via the RS232 port
and connecting a dx cluster), moonposition, astronomical software, CW
tutors, Norton Commander, DOS emulator. You can even run Linux on this
small machine! If you want you can also write your own software in the
Epoc language.
An agenda, calculator and addressbook is ofcourse standard software.
And, If you want, you can connect also a mouse through the standard RS232
port.
