Here are some more pro's for OS/2

- Better disk handling. The disk handling of OS/2 is much better than for
DOS. As an example i checked on a database i had written in Paradox for
Windows. When i changed the system to OS/2 it ran 50% faster. Most of
the increased speed was due to the disk handling. Disk handling is a
very important and heavy part of database operation. And BBS operation.

- Stability. Does anyone dare to say that DOS or Windows are stable ?
Actually i run our club FBB BBS in a DOS box under OS/2. That way i
get a much more stable system and also get the possibility to do other
things in that computer. If anything craches it is FBB. Not OS/2.

- Real multitasking. With OS/2 the multitasking issues can be handled by
the operating system, as they should be. Another point is that most
problems in other BBS software can probably be blaimed on multitasking.
Has enyone tried to import a large file to FBB's built in editor ?

OK, i admit it. I am a real OS/2 fan :-)

/Anders
