Right then, I have some data but it seems to vary wildly.
So the big question is, everytime a signal is refracted by one of these
layers, how much is it attenuated ?
No doubt it depends upon frequency, layer and amount of ionisation.
I'm seeing figures from 1db to 6db per hop, does anyone else have data ?
