I'm just wondering *if* BPL/PLT ever does take of (which I suspect
the overiding economic and political decision will eventually make
possible) be used in reverse ?

For example, all the millions of miles of cable work will act as a
receiving antenna for computer users to wirelessly connect without
a physical connection.

Whilst I sincerely hope that our bands are not ruined by BPL/PLT,
I can to some degree understand the factors in it's favour.
