Since many of the staff of said authorities will be offered careers
with the commercial companies offering the services, nothing will
come of that complaint.
In any case, if the service is carried on a cable near you it makes
no difference how low, or strict, the signal is.

Tried before.
The MP sends the letter to the RA, who reply to the MP, who sends their
reply to YOU. YOU reply to the MP, who sends YOUR reply to the RA, who
reply to your reply to your MP, who sends it to you.....after a few
to-and-fros' you get the message and give up.

Most internet users, offered low cost broadband access, would happily use
it even if it killed television stone dead.
The interference problem has been solved, so I read, by using multiple
carriers within the signal...effectively "hopping" frequencies to
overcome any problems.

Most amateurs just don't seem to realise that when this system is used near
them, their noise floor on hf is quite likely to go up to S9+loads...

Time will tell.
