As far as I am aware I have never sent any HTML, so assume all the noise
you hear is in your own head. As it happens, I rarely transmit 7+, but if
I ever feel the need, rest assured you won't be consulted.

> It certainly is NOT my purpose in life,

As you're writing Bulls on the subject, clearly it IS.

> Where did I complain about the lack of bandwidth?

In terms of Bulls directed at me, that's all you ever complain about, two
subjects over a five year period, but I suspect you write this nonsense to
everyone.

As I've seen 'sig blocks' considerably larger than mine, I can only assume
you write your impolite remarks to anyone using a 'sig block' of four
lines or more. I wonder how many thought your comments were unnecessary,
unwarranted, unhelpful, patronising, and failed to impress.

> Then it's about time you changed it to something more sensible...

I think its none of your business, and no-one is interested in your
comments.

> What other reason would you include all that rubbish...

Just because you think its rubbish doesn't mean everyone thinks the same
as George. There may well be others that don't promote the none-profit
Groups or Organisations that they are associated with, that is their
choice, not George's, or anyone else's.

Your example is a nonsense, the content of a letter will vary with the
subject, as will any 'sig block' that may be appropriate, as this is
Amateur Radio, my 'sig block' naturally relates to Amateur Radio, and
subjects closely allied with it.

In much the same we as I would expect you to use something different to
'73 George' on a note to the milkman. If you believe that people use
their 'sig blocks' outside of Packet, then you must be sending '73 George'
to everywhere you write, which must cause some confusion.

I think you are mistaken in thinking that this gives you some sort of
right to tell everyone what to do, or that anyone may give a....second's
thought about your comments.

I'm glad to stand out as someone you can't 'bully' into submission, expect
that we will never agree on this subject, and don't particularly care of
what you think either.

My comments are restrained due to the media, hobby, public, and licensing
conditions, but I suggest that it is likely that you keep waking up in
public places or Ambulances after a period of unconsciousness, based upon
you not knowing the difference between packet and real life, and you
actually talking to people in the same manner that you write your Bulls.

I consider your contribution to the original thread as a troll, and will
not be feeding it any further.
