Subject: Commodore 64 Source?
My trusted old Commodore 64 finally went kaput. It's already been through 3 or
4 power supplies but this time, I think the whole unit is just plain tired.
Anyone know of a reputable source of new-like or re-conditioned C=64s and
power
supplies. I know all about eBay and have looked there and have bought various
other stuff there without a problem, but for some reason, I just would rather
seek out another alternative to that route.
I would rather stay with the C=64 since my PK232 runs off it, as does a
satellite tracking program. I could upgrade the 'puter (I have an upgraded 386
Compaq that could do the work) but I would have to replace both applications
running fine off the 64.
Any help and direction is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom KB2FIK

Hi,
I am new to this arena and wonder what devices are supported under linux
that I can
use in the UK, and indeed whether there is anyone in the UK that I could
connect to?
Thanks,
Richard
