I have a Kantronics KAM Plus (version 7.1) in good shape in the original box,
with manuals, software, power cord, and cables.
I would like to trade it for a dualband 2m/440 mobile rig in good shape. If
interested, please email me with details of the rig you have for trade.

Subject: Problem with paKet 6.1?
HEllo all:
I recently got back on packet after a several-month hiatus, using the
paKet software (Which I like very much). However, the first few
characters of lines are getting cut off, then the next line will be fine.
This pattern continues, with several lines having many characters
(sometimes up to 3) deleted from the beginning of the line. When I use
Windows Terminal, though, it works just peachy keen. I'm running the
KPC-3 Plus TNC at 19200 baud from the computer. Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Tim, AB7LP

I would like to add that the Linux ax25 is NOT for beginners. If you are
familiar with customizing your kernel and don't mind using the 2.2.X kernels
for linux, then it's for you...but there are module patches for every
version of kernel you use...and not neccesarily all of them...
My main point is that the working versions of the built in ax25 are working
