The HK-232 is a PK-232 design done under license from AEA. The HK-232 TNC's
are being serviced and upgraded by TimewaveTechnology.
Have a look at http://www.timewave.com

And I use all MFJ TNC's for HF, VHF and UHF and never had any
trouble with them.

Hello Nall
The best TNC that I have found would be the Kantronics Products. If you are
looking at running both HF and VHF then I would look at the KAM Plus. If you
are looking at only VHF then I would look at the KPC-3 Plus. The KAM Plus is
a multi mode TNC and it works very well. I would stay away from the MFJ
products.
