Subject: Can Anyone Access This Site Please?

I'm unable to access it from cwix.com. DNS resolves the name OK, to
44.135.32.210. A ping to that address times out. I even tried a 5 second
time out for the ping. A trace route wouldn't work because it couldn't find
a route to the system. I was hoping it would give me a partial route, but
it didn't.
