unit over and let you test it out, so long as we agree that you will buy it
if it works correctly (can't test it myself, no radios). Yep, I'll
guarantee it to a local buyer, but only for about the next 2 weeks as I'm
about to transfer to Athens, GA for 6 months.

Yes, WinPac works fine - I've posted on this somewhere else here.
The radio is just fine.
The only prob you'll have is that the serial link won't permit you to use
RTS/CTS or DCD lines.
