Subject: HELP : Wiring for PK-232MBX to TS-440S

Do this right and you will love it! No distortion, no hum. Just hit the keys
or push to talk. The following connections should be made:

Pin #3 Data Output (Green)
Pin #4 Ground, Audio Out
Pin #9 Mike Mute, PTT Stnby (Red), Cathode end of 1N914 diode.
Pin #11 Audio in (White)
Pin #12 Ground, Audio In
Pin #13 Anode end of 1N914

I have been using this arrangement for several years now and have had no
problems whatsoever. A helpful tip....go to Radio Shack and buy a 25 pin Din
plug with the insertable female tips. These fit perfectly over the male pins
of the 13 pin Din plug and make the wiring of the plug a snap.

Let me know how you make out and if I can be of any further help give me a
holler.

Subject: No boot m/board ?

Hi:
Not sure if this would be the correct group in which to post
this, but I KNOW there are a lot of computer boffs within
the Packet fraternity.
Problem I have here is a "FIC" motherboard M726 that wont
boot - now I have checked time and again all the jumpers,
and all appears ok - what is happening is that on power-up
the floppy comes on / (Light stays on)... Fans and HDD spin
up ok, including CPU...
but no blips from the speaker, or no memory count at post
boot - I have to admit I'm stuck.
The basic system is :

    FIC M/ BOARD
    64 MB PC100 SDRAM
    MATROX MILLENIUM G200 VIDEO (AGP)
    INTEL CELERON 333MHZ CPU

I just want to get the basic system running 1st before doing
anything else.

Help:-(
