known limitations
-----------------
Formatting floppies: quickformat is programmed only for 1,44 MB floppies
The neccessary file "ecTools.DLL" will only be found, if it is in the LIBPATH
The floppy-label of type "1v6" ist neccessary

Only drive A: and B: are handled as removeable drives
Remember
--------
I've written the program for my own use! It works. But it will contain numerous faults!!!
Until now the program contains only functions I use to work with.
Danger
------
If you bind a file: Don't overwrite it. Why? PMSPLIT works. But if the process becomes corrupted (maybe a floppy is damaged),
the old file is corrupted too. And than you have nothing! I use to work with a temp-directory.
Be careful for pressing the format-button: If quickformat is adjusted, the floppy becomes directly formatted
without any question (do you really want it? certainly?).
Installation
------------
1) Copy all files into a directory (i.e. PMSPLIT).
2) The file "ecTools.DLL" must be in a directory, which is contained in the LIBPATH.
3) Create a programicon at your WPS with SETUP.CMD.
