Like just about every other newcomer these days - you get a licence
without ever even listened on the bands, and then ask questions about
stuff you should have already encountered before hand.
Would you buy an expensive car, and then ask about the finance
agreement afterwards ?
Would you build your new house first and then apply for planning
permission later ?
Just typical of cornflake packet licensees.
