Howdy,

I note on the band plans that CW is allowed on basically all bands but
in reality, does anyone use CW on anything other than HF?

If so, on 2m for instance, do you just get on one of the lower simplex
frequencies, put out a CQ and hope for the best?  I would have thought
that with everone concentrating on repeaters these days that sort of
call wouldn't stand much of a chance.  I've certainly never heard CW
on any of the lower 2m or 70cm frequencies but I've only been playing
this game a short time.
