I have smtp too set to "off", but I still get the
headers, and I have no idea why. I get complaints
from maybe one sysop, but still curious as to why
they are still there even though I have them
set to be off. I was thinking it was because of
NNTP, but have a sandbox system with NNTP that does
not print the headers on messages.
