Lately a flood of mail from yv5kxe.ampr.org/JNOS has been jamming up the
PBBS systems using ARRL@ARRL. These aren't marked as being licensed
amateur operators which may be violating 3rd party communications laws,
but also from what I can determine are not arrl based bulletins. Could we
please either halt these or prevent an SMTP engine from pretending to
be a full service PBBS?
Others may want to beware.
