That is what I was asking for help about. It is an issue with the operator; in Outpost, I had neglected to change the message t

ype from Personal to Bulletin, a simple oversight.

As I mentioned above, I was using Outpost. A simple example is this: Outpost logs in and acts like you are entering and reading

 all the messages as a user.
