Is it possible to rescan a whole area through the rewrite file once a new rule
has been added to the rewrite file. I tried deleting the bulletins to see
if they would just be re-forwarded to me from my neighbor BBS's. They did
not come back. I guess that means my BBS even keeps a record of deleted
bulletins.
