Due to poor radio conditions on the second Sunday in December, your News
Desk was unable to transmit the News to the Controller on the National Net
Some December Newsletters were also returned from e-mail servers under
the heading "This message could not be delivered as the address failed".
I know that SPAM Control at your ISP is causing problems for many of you;
so if you have not received the e-mail Newsletter by the 14th of the month
then please contact your News Desk by e-mail and I will attempt to resend
it. Please advise by phone if you have problems with your PC, it crashes
or you go QRT.

The latest up-date on Shuttle Atlantis is that it has been delayed until
