I've had the original (text-window) Cygwin version of Olivia running
under Windows 95. It's not pretty, and you have to use VOX or manual
T/R switching, but it at least DOES work.
All one needs to do to make it work is download mfsk_trx.exe, and
have 3 cygwin files installed on the system:
c:\cygwin\bin\cygwin1.dll
c:\cygwin\bin\cygncurses-8.dll
c:\cygwin\usr\share\terminfo\cygwin
and set some registry keys:
