This version seems to work with a little work on the HCL and FWD files.
Speed up on fwd by cutting down # of messages on BBS by consolidating
all the catagories in the Forwarding files.
Also the MSYS.HCL file rewriteing it seems to work.
I hate the thought of giving up on such an easy BBS to run.
