MSYS's HCL function did not survive the Y2K change. A number have been quite
critical of this, one K2 in particular. I would encourage them to switch
to different software as soon as possible.
As for the rest of us, does anyone have a WORKING HCL routine? We know it's
not working. We don't need to flood replies on that. We do need to insure
a setting is not the real culprit.
Should no one have a working HCL, then the time is ripe to politely ask Mike
if he could help. His email address is pechura@cis.csuohio.edu (taken from
the Cleveland State University pages).
Please either be polite or get off your fat behinds and write a program
yourself.
