I tend to think it is more a question of cramming more people into one
big,fat sausage therefore reducing costs.
I would certainly travel in an A380 if it was cheaper but for my local,low
cost trips a 737 is usually too big and the little 60 seat Fokker used by
BA seems adequate. It will probably be used for long haul.
