I just can't help myself - this damned warped sense of humour of mine .....
You said words to the effect that "If you are not in a panic then you don;pt
understand the real situation", after earlier commenting on yellow tags on
bowsers that were U/S (or empty).
Easiest solution then, for you, is don't go to the service stations and you
won't see the bowsers! Given that we are in such a crisis and essential
services such as transport of goods is at risk, then it follows that it would
be your civil duty to refrain from consuming precious fuels. Invest in a
pushbike - oooops! Them darned politician fullas forgot to provide adequate
SAFE bikeways. Never fear, there is horseback riding (Remember the Shahzada
and the Tom Quilty, Barry) or, failing that, walking!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)
I suggest that as we are so desperate for fuel and about to run out at any
moment and, given that we DO depend solely on trucks to transport livestock
(the rail kept killing too many when they "lost" carriages - true) and grain
and just about everything we eat, I suggest that all those who drive their
motor cars unnecessarily should self impose a ban or, at least, only fuel once
every month!!!!
Gotta get that blasted tongue outta my cheek!
