Hello Ian, and chariot buffs ....
The "leaf" Nissan is releasing in Canada is electric.
As far as I know, they are already being tested here,
as I mentioned the Toyota, and how the used electric was
so successful as a beta-test, that the neighbour brought
the car, and the tester went to buy a new one.
I know of the other ones, like the Toyota "PRIUS" but
we've been with this dual fuel stuff too long, and time
to make real changes.
There is no doubt you will, or have quite a few
buzzing the British Motorways, even more then us, and
the structure is already there to support them, as
they are claiming here now, with charging stations,
at work and in shopping areas.
