Hello fellow motorists...
The local motion-lotion retailer , since Maria has flown to BRASIL
has had his prices I think since my last posting CDN$ 1.16:5 /litre
and in some places they think it is low at CDN$ 1.23:- /litre.
Nightly news also had the stock prices on crude and well I think they
are getting the message, that sooner or later the alternatives
are going to really threaten them.
That pipeline coming from Canada, is a no go now...but another application
is set for the next President who might have to dal with it, and local
residents. I think Barry VK2AAB posted something on it, and BRASIL
and our news had our PM now talking to China for that oil that was
going to the USA...now seems if talks go right going to China.
Barry VK2AAB quite correct about the new discoverys off the coast of
BRAZIL, as returns on that investment have been good for everyone.
Also add the relations with other South American countrys, which in
some cases nationalized the firms of foreign countrys, but left Brasilian
firms alone, after talks between the Governments of those countrys.
The peak will come. Then what? Gee I heat the house with wood fire
and oil furnace. I hope migration is an answer... Canada in the summer
and Brasil in the winter.
