Thank you Pete. At least that supports what I said about cell phone usage
in fuel statons here.
BTW the petrol station where I get my fuel still has attendants serving
fuel. Notice on the pumps NOT SELF SERVE. To me it is worth the extra cent
per litre it costs there.The attendant also checks oil, water and tyres on
request. That is rare service here; nearly all stations are self serve.

re-fueling, which also went as far as what contains were allowed
and yes that sign about the Cellphone usage was well displaed
and enforced.

there is no self-serve...it is all by an attendent, who makes
sure those in the car are NOT on the phone, and he is very
careful not to spill and wears clothing and gloves to make
the visit as safe as possible.
