I'll leave the answer to the bean counters. The counters are click
clacking. We caretakers are reading the gas and electricity meter readings
for them once a month.

The daftest thing is if the heat pumps were connected as a manifold system
then the computer rooms could dump excess heat in the cold barn area.

At an electrical shop where I used to work it seemed to be OK but I never
saw the bills.

Set the bean counters (accountants) at it.
