Yes there is a braying jackass all right but it's not here in the Land of
Perfect as you term it.
Try Googling the topic yourself; you do know how to use Google? There is
plenty of matter there for the reading, but you will not find much of it
backing your stance.
One site gives a list of cities who are using  hydrogen to fuel the
busesmostly from fuel cells.
Among the list are the following:
Perth,Amsterdam,Barcelona,Luxemburg,London, Hamburg, Madrid,Paris,Reykjavik
,Stockholm,Stuttgart,San Francisco,Oakland (CA), Tokyo,Beijing.
Those  are just for starters.
As far as word wrap is concerned, I am not in the slightest interested in
the how and why of it. For mine the lines went out of sight and I gave up.
That is my business.You can do it however you like.The Jackass should stop
braying now.
