Well, Barry, as I said more than once, the system is still under trials in
several countries and sooner or later a decision will be made as to
whether the system is worth persisting with.

I am very canny about reading stuff on the internet without knowing if the
writer has credibility and the qualification to comment on the trials
and so I am waiting ot see what comes out of them. There is no consensus
yet.

Having said all that I now have to go a send a letter to Centrelink
couched in word of one syllable. They don't seem to be able to understand
the simplest of statements.I corrected some mistakes they made in a
statement of my investments about 6 months ago but a letter from them
today shows they took not the slightest notice and still have it wrong!!!
Cheers,
Bob VK6BE.

Of course hydrogen can be produced with electrolsys but that is even
worse if you just use the mains. Using alternative electricity is no
cheaper however.
Aside from the fuel cell life time problem, it falls down on the overall
efficiency, from well to wheels, or mine to wheels.
