Hi again Bob and all,

"Noone is talking about fuel cells."
That's the heart of the bus and the heart of a discussion you wish
desparately to avoid.

Bob, anuone who knows anything about refining oil knows that hydrogen is
one of the many gasses produced and the energy required to produce it.
This was what I attempted to bring out earlier, overall energy efficiency
and that good old carbon bugaboo but again these are points you refuse to
confront.

"Warren's remark about operating costs is answered in the report...
IMPOSSIBLE! Fuel costs maybe but operating costs CANNOT be calculated on
the basis of a trial run, there is FAR more to operating a vehicle than
putting fuel in the tank. (That's the basis of all those woman driver
jokes.)

"Warren, I drive and Australian designed and built car."
So what? A car is not a bus and unless you drive round the clock day
after day you'll never know what a bus goes through. If you can't get
down to the garage (if you know where it is) a taxi company will give you
some ideas. A hard drive isn't just a computer part, it's an everyday
fact of life in public transport.

Bob, stop dancing and start THINKING.
