Last night's late night telecasts... well saw Tony Blair
on the David Letterman Show from New York, with that
beaming smile of accomplishment, and then to the oil
prices which I thought might jump with this latest
threat to attack Iran...and nothing happened.
Our local station... ssssh...in all of Ontario, that
I know of ...has the best deal CDN $ .85:6 per litre
regular motion-lotion or gas <petrol> or whatever.
As I mentioned yesterday to my friend in the UK ..Rodge,
I was out shopping with Maria yesterday and most prices
were CDN $ .89:9 per litre for regular in Newmarket
which is our cloest big town.
They are still at, however, skimming folks in well to
places where prices and rents and homes cost a wee bit more.
Gotta run ... with no oil in the tank and some firewood on
hand, and that poogie cheque ue at the end of the month
I have to get some wood to burn.
