Hi Pete and all,
We sure did a good job hijacking this thread! Oh well, the old on pretty
much died anyway without the usual spurs from New Albania. Not much to
say on that score, I don't drive so my ignorance is showing. Not much to
say anyway except Dr. Strangelove never ceases to amuse me and Slim
Pickens showed up again last night in Blazing Saddles, another never
ending source of amusement. You never get all the subtle references the
first time around, nor the second, when it comes to any Mel Brooks film
you have to watch many times and probably STILL not catch them all. I
caught one last night for the first time, thatsong and dance routine
directed by Dom DeLouise at the end, "...doing the French Mistake." LOL!
Yup, those Brazilians must be mad wanting to experience a Canadian
winter! So what's your next film, a remake of Brazil or The Boys From
Brazil? Hmmm, knowing your weird streak it's Brazil.
