What about reloading the router software? Maybe it has a corrupt image in the
FlashRAM (it happens). Download the same version you have and reload it. At
worst all settings are set to default (and it works the same) at best it works
as suggested Wayne etc. It would be a big relief for the G3 and your SysOp to
know it wasn't anything they did or forgot to.
