Oh, dear another one that jumps to conclusions, the reason for the original
bulletin stating that the sender was being placed in REJECT.SYS was not
because the content was a MIDI but due to the fact the message was sent using
the BIN format, which cannot be read using FBB normally, therfore the contents
of the message cannot be verified, the 1st UK BBS that imports the file
becomes responsible for its content.
