RENT FREE!
Once, walking deep in the woods.
Wearing my well worn Logging boots.
And there he was, my good old buddy Jack!
For years we worked together,laying track.

I said,Well Jack what are you doing in this place?
And he answered,To get away from the Human Race !
I got in a fight with this fellow called Krause.
So here I am, living in my private Outhouse.
++
But a Outhouse I yelled, What a disgrace !!
Don't worry he spoke, I show you my Place.
He opened the Great Wooden door.
With Bearskins nailed to the floor.
++
Bookracks,TV,Radio and much more.
And Sears Catalogs galore.
From the wall a Cuckoo Clock
And underneath the Privy Pot.

Yes ! He said , all the comforts of Home.
And visitors, Don't have to go Alone !
This Home against the Hill it leans.
But , Sit Down ! For some Bacon and Beans.
++
So we had our Dinner that strange Night.
And for the occation " Candle Light !"
For Napkins, He tore them off the Roll.
And the left overs went down the Hole!

I said, Well Jack go to go and I went.
Thinking about Jack,who paid no rent
And me, poor and broke, like a Mouse.
I allready started to build " My own Outhouse!

So no more Bills, no more Rent
Next week Old Jack, my Neighbor Friend !
So this will be then my final end
It shows you "" How to beat the Rent !!!
