Hi Jan,
do you try to start LinKT from ax25d by chance? This is not necessary, in fact
you can't use the callsign (with ssid) you want to use for linkt neither
in ax25d.conf nor in axports and not as interface address. Just run LinKT,
configure the callsigns (file->configuration->calls). LinKT will listen
to this callsign and answer the connects.

For ax25spyd: You say you start ax25spyd and and MonKT complains about
ax25spyd not running? Can you check the following: switch your transceiver
off, so that you are not receiving anything. Then start ax25spyd and then
MonKT. If this works, then on your frequency is something which makes
ax25spyd crash. Switch your trx on again and start listen -a > qrg.log.
After some minutes send this log to Walter, dg9ep@dk0mwx.#nrw.deu.eu.

73s Hans-Peter
