Hello Thomas,
It's nice to know someone else is still running LinKT.
It won't install as a Debian package due to library dependancy problems. It
requires a library component that conflicts with what's installed with
modern kernels.
I managed to get it to compile from the source code after juggling some
libraries.
My problem with the password is that I couldn't find out how to stop LinKT
asking for a password so I could connect to the bbs. My bbs doesn't require
password access.
I don't have LinKT installed right now because I reinstalled Linux on that
machine and haven't got around to LinKT yet. Maybe in the next few days.
