maybe with a guitar amp or something, but has anyone tried to modulate a light bulb in AM ?
maybe a couple hams or electronics buffs could work each other simplex ?
really short waves !  VHF +++++ !!
perhaps binoculars or a telescope would be necessary to make any distance at all.
likely at night ?
