Russian competition for radio HF mode PSK «Russian WW PSK Contest» carried out
in accordance with the Rules of the competition on radio and in this situation
every year on the last Saturday of February from 00.00 to 23.59 am MSK.
Goals and Objectives of the competition:
- Popularization of digital forms of radio communication in Russia
- Definition of the best athletes the country,
- Increasing the skills of participants.
Types of modulation: PSK31, 63,125
Types of Modulation: PSK
Range: 160 meters, 80 meters, 40 meters, 20 meters, 15 meters, 10 meters

A. An operator - all bands;
B. Collective station;
C. One operator of a range;
D. One operator - all bands, only Russia;
E. Observers.
.:: REFERENCE NUMBER::.
The Russian participants send RST and two-symbol field. Foreign participants
will send RST and serial number of communications, starting with 001. Numbering
of bands through. The overall challenge - "CQ RUSTEST"
.:: Points::.
For every radio in the bands 20, 15 and 10 meters is calculated:
- In - one point;
- With another country - three points;
- From different continents - five points.
At ranges of 160, 80 and 40 m. The points are doubled.
Repeated radio settled at different ranges and different modah, but in
different modah in a range of not less than 10 minutes. Radio communication
with the correspondent, has not recorded, counted, if the callsign
correspondent meets at least three different records.

Observation counts:
