Since most of them are in the USA I guess a US publication would be the
first to look. I think the ARRL produced a book of US repeaters.
I have an old list that got sent on packet some years ago but probably
uselss now.
I know that Gernany, Austria and Sweden have 10FM beasts too as I often
hear them during the sporadic E season.
The UK apparently has one (GB3CJ 29.640MHz Northampton) but I've not
heard it and cannot confirm if it's still QRV.
