I was sure there would be something somewhere - I tuned across 28mhz - at my QTH (a valley) and only hf antenna I've got (g5rv) lifts (and contests ;) are welcome ways to work stuff on frequencies above 24mhz - I look at my old logbooks from previous qth and weep..althought things should be on the up.
I managed to work in Orkney at 2207 - thanks, Alan GM0HTT who seemed to be working a steady amount of stations.
