It might be a doddle, albeit not everyone's inclined to throw caution
to the wind and delve into their rig!
As I said in an earlier bulletin, there's loads of interesting stuff on
the www.mods.dk.com website - free manuals and lots of other good stuff.
Here's a list of the stuff on the FT847 which you might find of interest,
which you can go straight to at:

There Ian - more tweaks than you could shake a stick at:-)
(But don't come round to my house with the heavies if you blow your rig
up! It's one thing giving someone some info if they live 10k away in the
southern hermisphere - it's quite another if they live five miles across
town, hi!).
Quote of the day:
By Barbara Ehrenreich (born August 26, 1941), social critic and essayist.
Her book Nickel and Dimed (2002) was a national bestseller in the U.S.
She's a prolific journalist who peppers her writing with a sardonic
sense of humour:
"Effort"
~~~~~~
"The secret of the truly successful, I believe, is that they learned very
early in life how not to be busy. They saw through that adage, repeated to
me so often in childhood, that anything worth doing is worth doing well.
The truth is, many things are worth doing only in the most slovenly,
half-hearted fashion possible, and many other things are not worth doing
at all".
