Hi Warren and readers,

Yeah, keep laughing when the problems with 40M are worldwide and not 
confined to Region 1. Like you we in the US have the full 7.0 to 7.3 
secondary allocation, mind you SECONDARY. The battle in the UK to obtain 
the full Amateur allocation is secondary to the problem of actually using 
it. Maybe you down under may be in a "broadcaster free zone" by way of 
propagation but in the US most of the band becomes useless in the late 
afternoon to evening hours, compounded by renegade broadcasters who 
ignore the ITU R&Rs.

We just have to live with the QRM and work around it so keep on laughing 
Funny Boy, maybe it'll catch up to you one day and your "friends" in the 
UK get the last laugh on you. At least they fight for their rights while 
you have them handed to you on a silver platter and thus don't appreciate 
them.
