Hello,
according to a message of the Norwegian administration (Post- og
teletilsynet) of 11 March, the 7100 to 7200 kHz range may be
used by radioamateurs in Norway since 1 April, 2004.
The maximum transmitter output power is 100 Watts, the maximum bandwidth 6
kHz. Until 29 March 2009, the allocation is secondary, afterwards primary.
