Why this negative comment ?
FM on 10 metres is a legitimate mode.
Moreover ,instead of listening to beacons one can check propagation on 10
m by logging into a 10m station which is linked to the Echolink system.
In this way any Echolink user can individully check propagation by testing
via Echolink and listening via his receiver tuned to the relevant 10 m
frequency.
I already found such a 10 m station operating from Espoo (Finland) on
29.500 MHz ; I am sure there will be more such stations located in other
parts of the world.
